Manages internet communications for the club including maintenance of a current email address list, sending of email updates and information and post all updates as requested by the President to assure that accurate and current information is posted on the Web site

Receive information from officers and members including photos and arrange for posting to the Web Site
Coordinate with appropriate assistance for organizing and positioning material on Web Site.
Members send word documents and photos via email for posting. The Tech Coordinator does not under most circumstances type material for posting.
Club Secretary sends monthly hike schedule directly to Web Coordinator
Check Web Site monthly to be sure all is up to date, remove old material.
Solicit and post new photos every 3-4 months. Members should include appropriate information about the photos they email, including when and where it was taken. Listing who is in the photo is also helpful.

Email material to club members, including hike information as submitted by members
Separate Ambler, Rambler, Scrambler lists
Recieves word docs from authorized club members for forwarding to group.
Coordinate with membership chairperson to obtain updated email addresses
Assist with typing, formatting, scanning or other technical issues for members without computers for preparing their own documents.
Member will provide the material in the desired format for assembly by the Tech Coordinator.
